The brands name is taken from the CEO’s childhood nickname ‘Panic Phaze’ as a teenager growing up Kershall Duhaney would be the quiet one in the room, he would ‘Panic’ if he was approached by females, as he gains confidence he would try to approach women who was out his league and when he was rejected he would go through different ‘Phazes’ he would shut himself out from the world and create Products, comic book characters and play videogames.
